Video duration: 104 seconds I can't walk on water, but I can sure arc on it. This is 4000 volts applied to tap water. After touching off on the surface of the water, a ball of plasma is formed. I use tungsten electrodes for creating arcs, and the water did the most damage to the electrode, leaving the jar with a fine coating of white tungsten oxide.
