registering as a customer. If anything
goes wrong, just let me know and I will get things
sorted out for you. By the way, I live
in Australia which is probably
a different time zone to yours.
I may even be asleep right
now. But when I next go online, I will
get your message if you use this customer
service form to contact me...

11 Oct 08 update:
With the release today of the new look
and updated contents of the site, the
free Silver members area is no longer
available, sorry.
* The old Gold members area
is still accessible via this login
to findhotmarkets.com/VIP, using the
username and password you have. But
the new site has been hugely updated
so my advice is... dont bother with
the old one now.
Trouble shooting
Check that you're including no blank
spaces after the username and password.
Also check that you are using lower
case only.
Sometimes login difficulties are a
result of IP banning, which is
an automatic safety device built in
to prevent hacking. Repeated failed
efforts to login can trigger IP banning
but my host can over-ride this if we
provide him with your IP address. Even
if this is your first time, there may
be other members at your same IP address
who have not been logging in correctly.
So.... if you cannot login, please visit
WhatIsMyIP.com
to find out your IP address and use
the customer support link below to let
me know what it is. My web host will
then whitelist your IP address. Your
IP address will be a series of 4 numbers,
with dots between them. For example:
220.239.61.17
If you're a Firefox user with
the noscript plugin, you'll need
to allow findhotmarkets.com
Not getting our emails?
1. You may need to whitelist
our email address in your email program,
to prevent it filtering our emails into
a junk folder. Member emails are sent
out from findhotmarkets[at]gmail.com
so this is the address you need to add
to your whitelist of wanted email senders.
Whitelisting

2. If your ISP (internet service provider)
provides their own email filtering service,
they may be deleting our emails entirely.
The solution is to contact your ISP.
