DON’T put up hard sells. You’ll find that there are a lot of consumers who are turned off by hard sells on products – most possibly so are you. Those of the reviews you create should be impartial and they should have a look at both the positive and negative.

DO habitually post updates. You might want to recognize that you have to help the process along. Do so by posting recurring updates.

DON’T force your company on a person who turn down to be one of your contacts. Your invitation to be someone’s contact is not accepted, don’t dwell, just move on. You should know that there are so several more people that you can add.

DO be certain your contacts are pertinent to the business you have. Find a way so that those you add as contacts are part of your pertinent shopper base. This can help ensure that you sell solidly. This also helps ensure that your contacts are interested to your posts and updates.

While most people think of cold calling only as those annoying telemarketers that interrupt you at home, cold calling tactics can be used to find out just about anything that you need to know to make your small business more successful. 

You can get the answer to any number of questions that might come up simply by calling local businesses that would know the answer.  You may not always get a positive response as people everywhere are busy, but more often than not you do.  And you can always make more calls or do some additional research on your own to fill in the blanks.
