You can make more money with a properly designed office. That simply because design has much to do with the way to the brain can focus on the given tasks. If you feel comfortable in an area, ideas can flow a lot easier. Try to imagine yourself working in an area that is an inviting and noisy, and even dirty. That would be an environment that you probably would try to avoid going to, so do your best to work under conditions that are favorable.

So, for those of you who work from your own homes, choose a room that is quiet enough and far away enough from the noisy areas that could interfere with your work. A corner computer workstation might be the right answer if you are limited in terms of space.
