You might be on to something. And by saying that, i mean you are! I had a big problem back in the day when I was starting out – I had no photos! And you know how it is with pictures found online – they are all copyrighted and you need to pay big $ for permission to use them ..
So, i bought a camera and started working on my own photo file. A year later I have over 2,000 quality (well, amateur-quality to be precise) pictures. I never thought about actually selling them but this is a great idea! Thanks for the links
putting your photographs onto stock photography sites is definitely a good idea for people hoping to make a living with their photography. i would say, check out the main sites and see what is selling in great quantity. usually situational photos involving people (especially children) are big sellers.
